Introducing Garth Webber & Marina Crouse
Garth Webber & Marina Crouse are two powerhouses of talent and tone, perfectly matched with a rockin' band the delivers blues and soul by the truckload.
Marina’s voice has always inspired awe. She once sang opera and is now an
emerging vocal talent in the San Francisco Bay Area blues and jazz scene. Her early classical training is evident in a powerful, riveting style that pays homage to the songs she loves while making them wholly her own.
Listen to the critics:
"A new voice as strong as the best blues singers of the past as she sings with the intensity of a Koko Taylor, heartbreak of Etta James, raw emotion of Big Maybelle... Marina Crouse has all it takes to be the next top lady of the Blues. Marina is a bad bad Blues singing woman, so get ready, Marina's got the Blues." –Noel Hayes, DJ at KPOO 89.5FM
“Talented East Bay vocalist Marina Crouse and her superb band lit up the intimate Sound Room with her distinctive brand of rhythm and blues… Crouse's vocal control and robust tone made for a seriously entertaining weekend night… The musical connection between Crouse and Webber was enjoyable to watch.” –Walter Atkins, All About Jazz
